The best flight simulation app

Its good but every time I try to go to KJFK, the app just stops Can we add a Rafale, JAS-39 griphen, a-10 Thunderbolt I I and a F-15 eagle and fix the bug which makes the flaps flip over

Wonderful app with great features that can keep you engaged for hours. The replay feature needs a little tweaking as sometimes the landing gear is missing or there is some problem with texture

I love the program, have served aboard a carrier myself and although Im not a pilot I can appreciate the effort that has gone into this sim. Some improvements can be made. Landing speeds for F-14 are not correct nor is angle of attack on final and touchdown. In the real world the carrier does not change course while an aircraft is on final. Id like to see a better representation of the LSO lights...enlarge them, perhaps in the corner of the screen. Every landing should show the wire # trapped. Just continue refining this great sim. Bravo Zulu

I bought the pack that contained extreme landings pro and carrier landings pro (I recommend it) and I love both games carrier landings pro has great cockpit details and a very good flight simulator all I wish is that they added some bombers (b-1 b-2 b-52?) and the f-15 eagle

Alright, hands down this is the best flight sim out there. However, its gotten really flat since you cant really engage in combat. It would be great if you combine air fighter and carrier landings together!!! Also, some minor glitches with altitude as it suddenly jumps when Im landing

This simulator is worth the price of admission, and it is currently the only mobile simulator that I know of that allows one to circumnavigate the globe. We all know the flight modeling is a WIP, and any experienced simulator pilot has the ability to suspend disbelief in order to enjoy a flight (remember FS1,2,3,4?). Having said that, please continue the good work, and please add MCAS Miramar (IATA: NKX – ICAO: KNKX – FAA LID: NKX) to the Flight Simulator world-wide list of airfields, and please put a Nimitiz class carrier out in the Pacific for us to practice landings on. Thank you.

This app is great for imagination and it is very fun and a time consumer. But when you do a replay with the F-18 it glitches and it doesnt look right and it lags. And you should add paint jobs for jets or like a customize mode for creators. Maybe some demo team paint jobs, (Blue Angels, Thunderbirds...). And you should be able to control Cockpit/Canopy, and Tailhook, and again color

Ive played Carrier Rortos games since the start of it all, but more aircraft is needed for carrier landings including the F-15 Strike Eagle, the EA- 6B Prowler, The S-3 Viking, the Mig-31, and the E-2 Hawkeye. Greatest Rortos Game so far. I also want to say. Why cant we add taxing to the game. Cockpit closing. I also think that we should be able to add different squadron paint jobs. The last thing is that we should be able to close and shut our c-2 greyhound and c-130 Hercules cargo hold doors. The aircraft listed above should be in a future update as well. Please update soon.

I agree with GameCritic 6312, since you should add 4.5 and 5th generation fighter aircraft. Otherwise it is a great game, it just needs those types of aircraft. Try to include some in your next update, thanks.

I bought the double pack of flight simulators (I recommend getting it) all I ask is that they add new missions and a few new aircraft F-15, A-10,B-52,B-1,and finally the B-2

First off, let me just ask about the idea of multiplayer gameplay. Whether its for missions, or free flight, I think the idea is really cool. I think it would be a great addition to the game. Personally, I think this is the best flight simulator in the app store. No other simulators can even come close to comparing with this one. Though, there are a few problems. 1. Stall speeds - I know there are many reviews on this, but I still wanted to state the fact that the stall speeds are too high for some aircraft. Also, the stall is very unrealistic. An aircraft doesnt just fall out of the sky and roll during a stall. 2. Landing/Takeoff Physics - There are many reviews about this also, but the planes shouldnt be programed to slam into the ground during a soft touchdown. The nose of the aircraft should ease down gently on a good landing. One other thing that I dont like about this issue is that it messes with your take off sometimes. Its almost as if the game thinks youre landing, causing the nose to get shoved into the ground over and over. This makes the take off very rough. 3. Taxing - Unlike real life, steering on the tarmac in this game is done by moving the ailerons. However, in the real world, taxing would be done by moving the rudder pedals. 4. If its possible to do without frame-rate issues, loading issues, or other problems, could you make the ground more realistic? I know it looks fine when high up, but down low its very blurry, basic-shaped, and pixelated. If its too much for the smooth gameplay to stay, dont worry about it. Aside of the negatives, the app itself is amazing; as said earlier. Some planes I recommend you add are: • C-5 • C-17 This could be a stretch, but maybe some WW2 aircraft like the: • P-51 • F-4U • P-38 •Spitfire I have some fighters too: • A-10 • Frogfoot • F-117 Nighthawk • B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber • SR-17 Blackbird • F-15 Eagle Maybe some drones, too. Not the quadcopter type, but the airplanes. Also, what about planes with pontoons? I know this game is strictly based off of military aircraft, so this might be a little too much to ask for, but at least its a basic idea... Another idea I had in mind was to add different paint jobs you could select for each plane. I cant come up with any other ideas, but there will be more to come! Ive purchased all Rortos products. That one is the last and the best I ever played ! Even on my iPad 2 it works smoothly with impressive and immersive graphics. Not always easy to land, even with experience, it makes a good balance between difficulty and playability. Purchase it, you wont be disappointed ! Alexandre, fan of air sims since 1981...
